Rebecca Carter, Assistant Portfolio Manager, has worked with Harper Associates for more than five years serving as Operations and Assistant Portfolio Manager.  Mrs. Carter previously worked for a construction management office and was instrumental in the day to day operations of the company. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
